CONFUSION WHETHER I HAVE TO CHOOSE MINOR HEAD 300 OR 400

I have to pay some tax at the time of filing the return as some tax amount is due on my income, but confuse whether I have to choose minor head as 300 or Minor head 400. Being a pensioner my Major head is 21. Like to get some advise.
