Very true... But in matters like tax, where there are so many opinions from a practical angle, then will the examiner bother to think from students perspective?
Also there is the problem that despite all the possibilites, the valuation is based on guideline answers.

I think the patttern will be same as in present pattern also all questions are compulsory 95%
