Non deduction of tds on service tax and effect on tds return

With introduction of non applicability of TDS on service tax portion (if shown seperatly and paid to resident person). But how will be shown it to in TDS return statement. Whether it will be attract wrongly TDS notice for short deduction of TDS or it will be taken care by TDS department??
