A person has taken GST No. in Aug. 2017. But hasn't filed any GSTR till date. Now, while log in at the GST Portal with Provisional ID and Password, the message is - Username is not created. Kindly contact your jurisdictional tax office to obtain username and password.
Is there any way out or we need to contact the Jurisdictional Officer in this case. Any remedy in non-filing of GSTRs, as the proprietor's father was hospitalised and he couldn't do any business?
