New annual return of central excise

sir NEW ANNUAL RETURN UNDER RULE 12(2)(a) of central excise rules 2002 read with rule 9A of cenvat credit rules 2004 is prescribed. A new format for the same is not yet available to file online return. Sir please guide when it is expected.
