dear friends can u plz help me on the following matters
1) plz tell bout the information desk of icai for examination(i din't get my registration number for pcc and my computer traning is going to start next month and for that i need my registration number so i got there number but its always busy so plz tell me the address of the office so i can personally go there, and i have checked the website also but confused between two centres one is in noida and other one in delhi so plz help)
2) plz tell if G. Sekar book is good for law, ethics and communication
3)From where i can get Surbhi Bansal's notes
