I have one client who transferred Vat excess credit into GST through Tran 1. We received a notice from Proper officer (PO) for presenting purchase invoice but we didn't presented on time and now PO has raised DRC 1 notice now how to tackle that DRC 1 notice because liability is huge and we are not wrong in case of taking ITC.
Need help in this case its request please help.
