My appeal to all for council elections

Dear sir/mam,
             This is my request to all my colleagues and seniors. There are some candidates for elections who consider winning elections as their trade/business. When asked for help from some of them, i was promised help on the condition that i should ensure a lot of votes for the upcoming elections before i am extended help. There are many such people. Likewise, when the same candidates win the elections, they sustain their manner and want something in return for helping those who have voted for them in cash/kind. They are not concerned about anyone but just to win the elections and reap the benefits of the positions. Same is the situation in case for elections of country/MLAs. A minor example of all this is that we get electricity when the elections are near and at other times, we don't get even basic amenities of life.
We should remember that it is our responsibility to choose the right candidate because later on, we will be the ones who will suffer or be comfortable.
The way to understand who is the right candidate is whether the candidate has been always helpful or they are just showing politeness to get votes.
Those who acquire positions are there to serve everyone.
If we are responsible in voting, then only the right candidate will show responsibility when in position.

This is my earnest request to all. Let us join hands to ensure we get what we are promised.
