Whether he knows something about the final solution/answer or not he will reply. Any question you ask, he will reply properly and promptly by telling "Yes" or "Absolutely right" or "Thanks". He wants to project as if he knows on everything on all areas.
Just by using these simple terms for every question he got very great points and now he is called a top member. I think so he is want of T-Shirt in his family. So for every question he will reply whether he knows something or not.
He will also given an opinion in the name of an expert. Please go through all of his opinions. Simply in order to get points he is telling something. I hope he has no work at all in his office or at home. Not even a single suggestion what he told is a valid or worth one.
