We are isssuing Share Certificates, each Certificates Stamp Duty come around Rs, 5/-.
We Have bought Stamps of Rs. 10/-. so, we can not affix 10rs stamp,it will lead to Excess stamp duty payment.
Please guide me, how I can pay common stamp duty on all share certificate. i.e. One Stamp of rs. 10/- will cover Two share certificate...

Why can you not affix stamps of Rs 10 on one share certificate?? Affixing of excessive stamps is not illegle.
Payment of collective stamps for share certificates is costlier as well as time consuming. It is better to pay Rs 10 on one share certificate if your quoted amount is to be considered.
