MOREOVER GETTING OVERTIME FROM THE ARTICLES IN THE SEASON TIME & THEN NOT COMPENSATING IT HAS BECOME THEIR HABIT. TO WHOM SHALL WE COMPLAIN, THERE IS NO ONE IN THE INSTITUTE TO HEAR OUR VOICE BCOZ WE ARE JUST STUDENTS NOT POWERFUL LIKE THEM AND WHATEVER I HAVE WRITTEN IS NOT AT ALL NINDAA(SAYING WRONG ABOUT A GOOD PERSON) OF ICAI BUT THE TRUTH. Hi Manmeet.., u know, i wud have commented on all this.. But i think, there should be some deifference betn me and u..... And so i should not act like u..
And all the matters u said, the kind of "EXPLOITATION"..... What do u think?? Whose fault is it?? Is it ICAI forcing CAs to let u sit overtime and not compensate??
And above all, just let me know, what do u consider ICAI as?? I mean, according to u?? What it is?? A person, a corporate body, a company, an association?.. what??
And people like u can complain only., just complain,, u complain about ur boss - coz they are exploiting u, u complain about ICAI - coz they are not listening to u, u complain about ur some other people - coz they may not be supporting u, u complain ..... u complain.....
But, u can't come a step ahead and make some action, after being a CA.., u'll do the same as ur boss does with u..
And now this is reality, if u've gutts, face it... Coz u can't dare to change urself and so are u complaining for rest of the world..
Othervise, in INDIA, there are various other proffessions, where the training is given but not the stipend.. If stipend is paid, then fees charged them by are very high (Both of them are not followed by ICAI).... But still, students in those proffessions manage to complete their education, coz they want to... If each and every person starts thinking like u, i really don't know, what d hell gonna b wid dis proffession than... U just have to spent 3.5 years of struggle, then u r going to b the part of ICAI itself... But no, u've to complain, rather than bearing and lookin at other positive aspects.../// This is reality Manmeet.
