I am unable to find MGT-7 & AOC-4 in MCA Site; are they available for download yet?

MGT-7 & AOC-4 will be available after 30th September, 2015.

Vital,

There are not available for downloading , however, they may be released shortly, go through the circular enclosed by Shelar.
