MBP-1 is required to be filed by the director to the company and the company will file MGT-14 in the next board meeting after his appointment w.r.t. taking note of the MBP-1 received.
MGT-14 is not required to be filed for appointment of director in the company except the appointment of Managing Director/ Whole time director/ KMP in a public limited company
