i have also cleared pe-2 in nov 07.my attempt is in may 2010.

reason u r confused is becoz earlier it was nov 2010,but later it was decided to be may 2010.

You can appear in May 2010 if you complete ur 2 years of articleship on or before 30.04.2010 otherwise not.

I mean if you have taken more leave than it is allowed than you may be disqualified for this (May 2010) attemp.

i had writen pe2 both groups in nov2007.... i had passed pe-2 group 1 and  group2 cost and fm 60 marks gained exemption in nov 2007 examination.i had written examination again for remaining two subjects in group 2 (i.e..income tax&cst,information technology)....but i got income tax -61 marks,information technology-29 marks...in may 2008. 

     mydoubt is that whether ....i gained exemption in income tax....or not....?

     should i write both subjects again in nov 2008 examination....?

  could u please tell me as early as passible....i am in dilama on whether to write both subjects again.....upto now i am not getting clear cut information on this issue......please clarify my doubt......

i had registered with ICAI on 1/11/2007 my registration no. is WRO0300217 can u help me out with the date and month of my attempt. i mean when my attempt is going to be due?
