Sir , I have filled ITR to get refund on income tax india website,and it take nearly six months time to get refund . Now my query is that which is better one to cliam refund ie govt website or other software . Please guide us

As such there is no such criteria while processing the return; but if you are accustomed with the rules of Income tax, better to file through departmental utilities.
