Suppose if you are collecting Salary from your client say Rs.20000/- + your mark up say. ( Service Charges) Rs.2000/- = 22000/- + GST 18% Rs.3960/- = Rs.25960/- Total bill to be submitted to client is Rs.25960/-

The Salary is given by you to your agency members who is working under your firm. The Customer not give it as Salary module, They Just give and Book it as Consulatancy charges as well as above said value Rs. 22000 + 3960 (Example)...
You are receive the Payments as Consulatancy/Recruitment charges and will give Salary to your Employees...
