Sir,
If person A gives property to B through GPA (without consideration) & IF B sells to C in next FY.
1. Is TDS to be deducted for A, for Sale (B to C) value > 50 lakhs.
2. Is LTCG applicable to A for the Sale (B to C)
3. Is A to be mention these in his return : Transfer ( GPA A to B) or Sale (B to C), in respective years of transaction.
4. Till the agent B sells to C, whether A be considered as Title owner.
