I lost my CS Executive Identity Card, after having a discussion with the WIRC Chapter I got it printed out through the icsi.edu website.
My question is, from whom should I get the ID Card attested?
Should I get it attested from the WIRC Chapter Office or is there any other authority which can also attest the ID Card?

Yes you may get attest from Chapter...........

Hi amit go to your ICSI chapter just Rs.50 for new ID card affix your photo and fill the details and get it attested there itself.

@ amit pareek follow the below link, put your Registration Number, if you don't have the registration number you can serach it with you name amd DOB
