my client wants to take loan from bank but he miss to file ay 19- 20 return , so ....what is the other option available for him....to avail the loan.

He should file return for ay 19-20 asap including previous 2 assessment years ITR should be submitted.
Estimated, Projected, Provisional Accounts should be submitted.
CMA report should be submitted
