If a Company wants to convert into a LLP ON OR AFTER 1ST October of Financial year then what would be the first annual filing date.? Or there will be the same provision apply as in case of new LLP incorporated after 1st October.

Year should be ended in the coming march. Incorporation rule will never apply here
