The Finance Minister announced a job creation scheme for the manufacturing sector:
1.For first-time workers, the government will offer incentives for EPFO contributions for both employees and employers for the first 4 years.
2.Expected to benefit 3 million young people and cover additional employment across all sectors.
3.The government will reimburse employers up to ₹3,000 per month for 2 years for each additional employee's EPFO contributions.
