Can their be a one man control in the case of Limited Liability Partnership ?

Need to have atleast two partners in LLP. One man control is not possible. That is the another matter, if both the partners have some common understanding of the issue.

Ya two of the designated partners what to retain ol the control. Is it possible as per the LLP Act?
