Dear members of CCI,Please explain me the legal formalities to be done (In India) by a indian resident individual who want to set a company in FTZ-Dubai.

Kindly check whether the individual wants to incorporate company on indivuidual basis or under any company/ firm he has in India.
The answer shall depend on the same. Any company in India can invest upto 400% of its net worth in a company outside India.
