Dear Friends,
We found the calculation procedure in CA CLUB but it says total period served (365*3.5) less no. of leaves taken excluding weekly holidays. My question is if I take leave in December and Janaury what is my total leave taken. Is it 31+31 days or only working days in those months excluding saturdays & sundays ( 23+23)? Also if there was a public holiday or office was closed during those 2 months do i have to reduce such days from my total leaves taken?

i feel it should be 31+31 days, as the sundays or holidays that comes when someone is already on leave is also counted to be a part of the leave taken only.........
