is sitting fees payable to nominee or sponsor director ? as the company paid fees only independent director, is it ok

Sitting fees is only paid to Non Executive Directors of the Company

Sitting fees is payable to all the directors of the company including nominee director. But the same is not payable to Managing Director. I would advise you to check provisions of your article regarding sitting fees.
