hi guys.. this is urgent..

my articles got over on aug 10th. i got the form signed today only. i have to give 100rs fine. but my prob is the condonation letter.

1- should i really submit the condonation letter, the regional office lady said its ok and condonation need not be send.

2-in case i sent it, should it bear the sign of principal

3- in whose name the d.d (late fees of 100rs) should be favoured?

4-how many days/weeks/months institute will take to send back a response acknowledging completion of articles.
