Late fee or penalty on gstr 1

If GSTR 3B has been filled on monthly basis, but GSTR 1 is not filled from July 2018. In Q1 of 2018-19 (Apr - Jun) GSTR 1 was quarterly basis. 

Then how can I calculate late fee? Late Fee of Rs. 50 per day when applicable....
