My form 26AS shows that I am credited with interest for a deposit, by Canara Bank, the TAN is specified as BLRC19654F . It appears to be a new deposit, since the interest is credited only for the last quarter of the financial year 2023-24. I have not opened any new account or deposited money in any Canara bank account in the period specified, yet it is showing in the form 26AS.
I would like to find out the branch location corresponding to the TAN BLRC19654F . I had tried the income tax department option, I was getting an error earlier. Is there any other way to find out the branch location corresponding to the TAN?
