karnataka govt. has come out with change in vat rate applicable in karnataka state from 4% tp 5% and 12.5% to 14%, can anyone help me out in providing notification for the same

it has come in the budget na... why do you need notification.
The change in rate is effective from 1st April. The bill for amendment is yet to be passed. Hence, there is notification issued as of now.
