Dear Vikas,
First thing I want to clear that the INSTITUTE IS NOT OFFERING COURSES WITH 100% PLACEMENTS GUARANTEED. It is giving us the professional abilities, knowledge and so on. The Campus Placements conducted by ICAI is the welcome oppourtunities that we have to appreciate.
Just by registering with some job sites does not make you get job. You have to find new avenues to explore it and grab the opportunity.
There are numerous opportunities but we are not able to network it. One way to go about it would be to look into the Handbook for Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants where you'll find nearly about 400 websites of various companies.
Register and send your profile to them. somewhere it has to click.
All the Best
Regards,

Dear rajesh ji, gyan to aise bat rahe ho jaise tum har field main expert ho lekin kewal photo copy paste karne se gyan nahi milta hai. Real position yahi hai ki new ca ke liye market main job nahi hai aur jo hai vah jyadatar reference se bhar jati hai.

Mr. Vikas u r right.
The word CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT is now no more influential in the eyes of company or even in the eyes of general public as it was somewhat around 8-10 years back when passing the examination was like winning the whole world.
Now elections of ICAI are coming and you will be surprised that almost 85% of the candidates for various posts have top priority agenda is to restore the image of CA. This i know because i have read many election manifesto because my father is also a CA and i get atleast 2 manifesto in every 4-5 days.
Rest hope for the good. But this i am sure that competition for getting the job is going to be very tough.

It is True that most pf the passed candidates from last two attempts are still unemployed. I know many of my friends who are in this group and thier tension and pain - both personally and to their family.
We can blame somebody else - like the Market, Industry, Global economic scenario etc. But this will not give any solution.
There were few of my friends - who started own practice - and have very well picked up within a short span.
There were also some who became Entrepreneurs.
These are the examples of those who have dared and created roads for themselves.
What is required is - LIGHT A CANDLE INSTEAD OF CURSING DARKNESS. THIS WILL REMOVE DARKNESS.
Let all of us be involved - in Something positive energy - and Believe One day our inherent Talent and Capabilities - will surely get a chance......

agree with rajesh.
Friends, firstly I will share my small experience. I am from May,2011 batch. Initially I was too fussy while going for a accounts profile. I mean accounts profile was a "okie' kind of profile for me. As in " we are C.A and need a profile of expert advice giving, analysis job, research, etc but without any pratical experience in he same." I neglected a good number of offers at tat time because of above reason. Lastly ending up so called jobless.
Because I had no choice left but had to join Accounts & Finance profile. Its almost being one year now I see the accounts, financing from banks, income tax, company affairs, project analysis, etc. I am not making any pround statement. My whole motive in this is to make everyone realise that experience is really required for any organisation to have faith in you and than we can explore like anything.
I have many friends who are without job or shall I say still looking for a sutiable profile (as we are C.A and not some chantar pantars). But the ugly truth is we need a pratical knowledge to call ourself experts or gurus.

Dear All,
Do agree with all the stated views above, but you know out of the posts 90% are from those who r not facing the tragic situation, they are either well settled players or future ca aspirants.......the former sees the world with their own eyes...n the latter gives advices not for our sake but just to make them motivated and not dishearted but is they are of any value........Dear seniors we too are now holding the same degree which u r holding aftr clearing the same exam by the very institute then hw come u cracked all the pots n we are unable to crack none...............r all the freshers ca's are dumb and lame?? u knw wht it was the sucess and persona of our seniors which persuded to go for CA...............but is the same inspiration to upcoming ca aspirants is now passed down by us??"NO"......so in longrun u seniors are also losing our and upcoming generations faith....so instead of giving advices:which doesnt works in real life scanerio..please try to understand our problem, further u can only understand our pain cant feel it....................and at the end dear juniors,,we are not in any way trying to demotivate you or defame the profession but is it is crime to tell the heidous truth which actually is preveling??Rest i would say if its with us it may be with you tooo....
