Sir,

A person have income from business and some income from agriculture so can he file ITR 4 under 44AD

please suggest

Yes, If your agriculture income is more than 5000/- & business turnover is 2 CR you can file ITR 4 under 44AD .

Agriculture income Rs. 5 Lacs business income 2 Lacs 20 thousand
