Returns submitted without sign is void returns no legal recognition. therefore its advisable to submit once again with intials for those AYs

For last years returns
If you are not send signed ITR within 120 days then the filed one automatically get reject you can't f the revised return you have to file originaly with Interest of 234A
Check the status act accordingly
For current year
you have still sufficient time you can sent one more time they will accept
