Hello Kapil, in case of e-filing there is an option in ITR Form "whether Orignal Return or Revised Return " if revised then detail of Acknowledgement no. and date of filing of last orignal return is entered.
and after this one does not need to sent both ITR-Vs(O & R ), just copy of orignal ITR V will be mail.

u need to send only the revised copy of the ITR V because the return will have the original acknowledgement number .

You have to send both the copies original and revised ITR V, if also filled the original number in the revised return. I had the experiance, i have sent only the revised return first, but the dept has asked for the origiinal return, so i have sent the original return
