You Can file your Nil return in ITR-1
>The Income and Exp to show is upto you. however in ITR-1 there is no question about Exp, because it pertains to Salary.
So you can just show you Income from tutions.

You have to file ITR-4, you can cliam the expenses on stationery, books, board, furniture-depreciation etc. in respect of tuition income. As imparting education is profession......

If your income from Profesion Then File ITR-4.
& if You receive salary then ITR-1
