And then, the first page for ITR is the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, to be kept with ourselves but duly signed by ITO

Actually My Friend Doin Business Adm. Course n There Assignments given is that fill ITR 4, by Taking UR Own Example of Income ( Suppose U Hav a Business Income)

n Then He Asked Me, Than I Think any ready ITR 4 if i got then its better instead of "Bekar ka Mehanat" to him.

Actually, this one is excessive then i consider..

Just ask ur friend to simplify it to the optimum... Like he can show income from PGBP only and carry on the structure...

Hello, I work in a company but the salary that they pay me is shown as "Fees for professional service" instead of Salary. I think i need to file ITR-4 form but am a little unsure about this. I do not have any other source of income. I do not maintain any account books as i get the pay on monthly basis but there are no components like Basic, HRA, etc shown in the payslip that is given. they have mentioned under "Nature of Payment" "194-J-Fees for professional or technical services". how can i get refund of tds deducted ? can u provide me sample of ITR-4 TO CLAIM tax deducted
