No need to file ITR3 when there is no capital gains declaration, and when the business income is declared u/s. 44AD.

Originally you queried for ITR4, which is not applicable for commission income !!!
And even presumptive assessment is not eligible for commission income whether filed ITR3 or ITR4.
Some salaried person file commission income from LIC under IFOS, in ITR2/ITR1.
So, what you wish!!! Which ITR you want to file? Be clear......
