ITC on guest house

one of the company which guest house is all over india.

guest house mostly used by emloyee and other guest.
can i claim itc on montly rent of guest house expense or other expnses

Yes you can claim...since it is used for business and it has not been covered under sec17(5)

yes you can.. but also consider whether guest house are given free of cost to employees... and whether same are included in terms of employment contract

GST AAR Odisha in National Aluminium Company Limited (Nalco) has also held that inputs and services used in maintenance of guest house/transit house/etc will be eligible for ITC.
