One of my clients asked me for issuing form 16A for the last quarter.

I filed the request.Got the mail. Got the txt files.

Now I need to convert it into Pdf.

For that I clicked on download for pdf converter utility after logging into www.tin-nsdl.com.

But it shows me following error report...And I am unable to download it....

HTTP Status 500 -

type Exception report

message

descripttion The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request

And so on.....

Kindly solve this issue....
