Isd invoice calculation

Dear All, We have a branch in Cochin and head office in Mumbai. All sales purchase & any other returns managed by Mumbai office. Kindly please guide us on ISD distribution calculation from Cochin branch to Mumbai. How to calculate ITC which is transferred by Cochin to Mumbai
