Is ICAI a political institute or a professional institute ?

Due to the restiction on transfer the students has to face many hardships ! I have talked to president ,vice president, other council member for removing the restiction on transfer of aricleship. President talked with me very rudely. but vice president and other council member support me. Even the vice president and other council member are not happy with this restiction. This is the one man show by Our kind president Mr. Uttamji.

I just want to ask an question that whether ICAI a political institute or a professional institute ? This type of sovernty can not be possible in professional cource.

ASK THE INSTITUTE TO MAKE THE PAPERS TOUGH..........DON'T GIVE HOLIDAYS B/W EXAMS.... MAKE ALL ANSWERS COMPULSORY........ ASK FOR EXPERT KNOWLEDGE.........

BUT PLEASE DON'T STOP TRANSFERS..............AFTERALL ITS ABOUT THE INDIVIDUALITY AND FREEDOM OF A STUDENT TO CHOOSE THE PRINCIPAL S/HE WILLS TO...... HOW CAN IT TAKE SUCH A LANDMARK AND DERISIVE DECISION WITHOUT ANY CONSULTATION AND WITHOUT ANY 2 TO 3 MONTHS INTIMATION IN ADVANCE. initially there were waves that transfers may stop and suddenly their pops up a notification that no transfers allowed.......ITS REALLY A CRITICAL ACT DONE.......DECISIONS ABOUT STUDENTS MUST BE TAKEN IN TANDEM WITH THIER VIEWS.......AND NOT WITH BUREAUCRACY SINGLE-MINDEDNESS.............

JUST LET THE INSTITUE MAKE HARD RULES FOR THE PRACTISING AND EMPLOYED C.A.'s AND THEN U WILL SEE, PEOPLE IN DROVES WILL CORDON THEM OFF...........

ITS LIKE THEY ARE SAYING COME IN WITH UR WILL, BUT THEN TAKE EVEN THE NEXT BREATH WITH OUR PERMISSION............!!!!!!!!!!!

WE REQUIRE VAST SUPPOURT FROM THE STUDENT FRATERNITY AGAINST TRANSFER ISSUE. DISCUSSING JUST IN BETWEEN AND LOATHING UPON THE PROBOLEM WILL NOT LET THE MOLE TO AMBUSH THE INSTITUTE'S EARS. ALL SITTING OUTTHERE MUST BE TOLD WITH LOUD VOICE THAT THIS DECISION IS NOT RELISHED BY THE STUDENTS AT ALL...........!!!!!

this ICAI is not political institute.it is an institute of autocracy.the emperor is UPA and the principals of students are chota kings

Hey Mr. Vikram autocracy should not be in the professional cource. Please oppose such type of autocrasy. anyaay k khilaf aawaz uthana chahiye !

MINE IS NOV.09 ATTEMPT, NOTHING COULD BE THOUGHT EXECPT EXAMS.......I WOULD REALLY GOING TO PURSUE AGAINST THIS ISSUE ONCE EXAMS OVER...........!!!!

hey guys ! we have to fight for this no body has right the blame articles for the guilt of CA's

i probably consider this rule was brought after the satyam scam

but the truth is that institute not looking into this matter

plzzzzzzzzzz every body send a message daily to presendent

alleast one message reagrding transfer of articlesship ...............

hey we from ahmedabad have tried very much. We have talked to MCA. We have sent the letter with sign of 500 students who are in the oppose of restiction on articleship transfer. But therei is no result yet . The conclusion says that it is not possible when Uttamji is in the chair so just pray to god that new election will be very soon.

IT IS REALLY HARD TO BELIEVE LIVING IN THIS COUNTRY THAT WE BOASTS OF TO THE WORLD THAT WE ARE THE LARGEST DEMOCRACY IN THE WORLD, BUT WHEN COMING DOWN TO THE GROUND REALITIES, THE BUREAUCRATICE SET-UP EATS UP ALL THE CREAME FROM ABOVE THE CAKE AND LEAVE ONLY THE DREGS FOR THE LOWER ONE'S......

STUDENTS FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY OPPOSED THIS RULE, HOW DARE THEN THE INSTITUTE MAINATAIN SUCH THINGS MOVING....... IT IS REALLY BLINDFOLD ON ITS PART TO AVOID SUCH ISSUES AND PUTTING IT ON THE BACKBURNER..........

Hey friends please do atleast 1 email to president , vice president for removing restiction on transfer. They can not underestimate the difficulties faced by the syudent . And if any one has higher contact , then please tell them to request Mr. Uttamji to remove restiction on transfer.
