it is the very interesting case law which i saw first time in my life and just imaging balance shows brain and heart etc.

HEY FIRST TELL ME THE VALUE OF HEART THEN THAT PERSON WILL GET THE FOLLOWING ALSO.

1.Depreciation .

2. Revenue expenxe in under HERAT a/c

3.Capital expense ....in Balance sheet Asset side (u\HEART)

4. gain or lose i sale of heart.

5.we can carryy forward settoff current year Heart loss with next..

how silly these questions .......na

that much silly is that case.

I guess no! Assessee's counsel/representative would not have any argument against this judgement!!!

I aggree with Mr Bushan, say he did not went for  surgery, result -  died, then no income in future, so dept will loose future revenue, so it is bater to allow the expenses considering Human Resource Accounting principle .....
