Tac Invoice.....
You are regular dealer... you ll give only tax invoice. Anybody ll be purchase from you . You give tax invoices only.....
composite dealer pay tax which add on tax invoice ?
Composition dealer can't take ITC and can't give Tax invoices....
but compostite dealer is not eligible for ITC so why he pay tax when he purchase from registered dealer ?
his agreement was pay tax in aggrigate sale amount so y he pay tax time of purchasing fron reg dealer
Rule is rule.

You have to pay tax as you are unregistet then you have to vollect from customer.
If you dont want to collect then pay it out of your pocket
how a composite dealer collect tax from customer cause he issue bill of supply composite dealer not eligible to collect tax so how he collect tax from customer ?
Composition dealer cant collect from his customer but you have to collect.
means coposite purchase 1000 taxable amount 100 gst ... then composite sold this goods 1100 or much more as his margin ?
above 1100.... after the items value high. Customers ll be buy things to another register dealer.
So, Composition scheme is not good for all.....
Mr Prajapati you could not understood of the concept of Composition Scheme. There are 2 type is Sale. One is B2B ( business 2 business ) Another is B2 C ( business 2 customer ). In B2B your customer is to take take advantage of GST charged by you in Tax Invoice as ITC. while in B2C sale is direct to customer and customer is last in the chain and is not to take advantage ITC. So in B2B sale you are to Tax Invoice but in B2C you are to Bill of Supply if you are in composition.
i m also know about B2B and B2C .... also know about customer not claim ITC ... i m taking aboit when composite purchase from registered dealer ... you say B2C means no ITC how a composite buyer to to B2C he is a registered person .... i think yoU too much understand about composite thats y u give answer in attitude ... no need your opinion there r many more to help
