I ll give the example,
why composition is not good...?!

A, B, C and D...
D is end user (Retailer RD) all others is business A is mfg, B is Regular dealer and C is Composition Dealer. A produce a good and Rate is Rs. 100000 Tax is 10% (for easy cal...te).
Now, The product is,
Ass. Value is Rs. 100000 + 10000 = 110000. Now B and C is purchased Rs. 110000.
*B add 20% profit for Ass. Value Rs. 20000. Now the item value under B Rs. 120000 + 12000 = 132,000
*C is also add 20% Rs. 22000 = 132,000....

Now., The D ll be purchasing to B or C...?
What is get D from purchase B...?
What is get D from purchase C...?
