we have a partnership firm which comes under pharma whole sale. Actually a very close friend of mine wants to invest into my business so that he may get regular returns. Can u please suggest whether an investor will be a good idea for the firm? if yes, then what precaution and measure are we suppose to take? what percentage will it be suitable to pay him off? kindly suggest.
