Pick up Compliance Certificate...

prepare those sections metioned in 33 points...

These are the sections in which one should necesarrily have a Command over

I would like to share that any one who is going for interview in any of the Company, please go through the website and other available details of the Company and just have an idea is there any specific project under process or the company is just through with any of such specific project.

 

Because generally the questins asked in relation to those specific activities which are to be undertaken or which are just undertaken...

 

Secondly, in my opinion following are the important provisions which may be asked:

1. Companies Deposit

2. Provisions of Board or General Meeting

3. Managerial Remuneration

4. Office or place of Profit

5. Loan to Director

6. Latest updates

7. XBRL filing (now very imporatant)
