logic of my Answer:
Whn he produces a soap wid 11 parts one remain as scrap. it means net 10 parts are used in a soap. now wid 251 such scraps 25 soaps can be produced leaving 1 scrap at the end.
251-11=240 scrap + one soap + 1 more scrap
241-11=230 scrap + one soap + 1 more scrap
231-11=220 scrap + one soap + 1 more scrap
...............
...............
and so on
at the end
11-11=0 scrap + one soap + 1 more scrap
whn we count all the no. of soaps produced every one will say it comes to 25 wid 1 scrap at d end.

Dear thomas, Darshu, Annie, CA Rajesh, CA Naveen
I have given answer above,
how it was solved: solution is here
251/11=22 soaps and 9 as reminder
9 + 22 (scrap)=31 scrap
31/11=2 soaps and 9 reminder
9+2 (scrap from 2 soap)=11 scrap
11/11=1 soap
totoal number of soap= 22+2+1= 25 ANSWER
Dear Navin can you please clarify how 1 scarp is left over ????

Dear Amrish u r solving right (juss lik me) but in a different manner. at the end u 4get scrap of last shop(as annie said, thnx annie) which u produced. at the earlier stage u always counted d scrap b4 going to next step then wht for last one?
i produce my answer wid full confidence tht der is no chance of any mistake(even 4 a single scrap). hope u find d answer of ur doubt n accept ur mistake.
and please correct the spelling of My Name its NAVEEN & not NAVIN.
