PENALTY :

RS 40 PER DAY FOR NIL RETUENS

RS 50 PER DAY FOR OTHERS

No... Late Fee is applicable for Non-Filing of GSTR 3B.

Interest levied for Non PAYMENTof GST liabilities after the due date..

sir rs.50/- under cgst & rs.50/- under sgst or rs.50/- for cgst & sgst.

Nil Return : Rs. 20 (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10)

Other than Nil Return : Rs. 50 (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25)

While filling Nil Return Rs. 20 (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10) per day and where there is any GST liability Rs. 50 (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25) per day.
