INTER STATE SALE BUT DESTINATION IS LOCAL.

I am very help full , if you clear my doubt. my place of business is in Bangalore and my customer place of business is in Maharashtra and my customer taken some goods from me i.e., in Bangalore for used in Bangalore only. what I have to charge IGST or CGST and SGST.How My customer can get INPUT TAX CREDIT.

It will fall under IGST and in invoice you have to mention place of delivery "Bangalore"

Service provider in Bangalore. Service Receiver Register place in Maharastra (Billed Address). Goods delivered in Bangalore and utilised there.

If the Billed to Address is Maharastra, then IGST. SR can account the bill in Maharastra account and use the ITC.

If the Billed to is in Bangalore, then SGST and CGST. If the SR is register in Bangalore he can take the ITC, else he can not take the ITC. Adviceable is billed to address is in Maharastra
