Can input tax credit cliam refund to purchases used in production of Nil rated goods.
milk and curd are exempted under the GST but purchases for Milk manufacturing that is Milk covers and packing items and curd empty buckets is taxable .
but Final product ie milk and curd are nil rated .
can input tax credit paid on these puchases be refund .
Please suggest me and provide the appropriate section.
