Supplier need to mention GSTIN of recipient on the invoice. GST to be paid under RCM if supplier is other than body corporate.
1. Check if RCM is applicable & avail ITC on payment of GST under RCM
2. If supplier is liable to charge - try obtaining revised invoice.
